The paper presents ConvNeXt-Nano-CA, a compact deep learning framework for four-class chest X-ray classification across COVID-19, Lung Opacity, Normal, and Viral Pneumonia. It combines Coordinate Attention, lung-masked CLAHE preprocessing, class-weighted training, and label smoothing.
